Plan for a Safe Visit

As your health and safety are at the heart of our priorities, we are committed to offering you an environment that follows public health recommendations for you to experience the magic of the holidays in complete safety.

We’re gathering here all essential information to help you plan your next visit at our shopping centre, if you’re looking to do so during the holidays.

First up on Your List: Planning

Find inspiration in the comfort of your own home

If there are a few items left to find in your gift list, you can save precious time by looking for inspiration at home. To give you an extra boost in your search for the perfect gift, we’ve created a directory of original gift ideas suggested by our retailers.

Get inspired here !

For a perfect gift without the hassle, think of our gift card! The Cominar gift card is accepted in most stores, as well as in 19 other shopping centres throughout Quebec. You can purchase it online and send an e-card by email, or get a plastic card by mail.

You can purchase it here: https://cartecadeaucominar.com/en/

You may also purchase it at your shopping centre’s customer service desk during your next visit.

Determine your itinerary

Before you leave home, review the store directory to create your shopping itinerary. When you arrive at the shopping centre, remember to choose your parking spot according to your destination for a more efficient shopping visit inside the centre.

Together, Let’s Ensure Everyone’s Safety

Pay special attention to our prevention measures

Although we’ve all adapted to our new reality, your collaboration remains essential to make everyone feel safe in the shopping centre. To do so, we ask you to pay special attention to our signage and to follow the various preventive measures in place, both in the centre and with our retailers: wearing face coverings, respecting social distancing, washing hands, controlling traffic, etc.

You may review all our measures here

Prefer contactless payment methods

Give preference to contactless payment methods (debit, credit, mobile device) to minimize handling of payment terminals. Several banking institutions have increased their contactless limits to make your holiday shopping easier.

Patience and courtesy for a happy visit

In order to make the magic of the holidays come alive, both for you and our retailers, please remember to show courtesy, empathy and patience in possible line-ups. Our retailers are hard at work to provide you with a safe and optimal experience.

Get ready in advance

If you can, do your holiday shopping a little earlier this year. Not only will you avoid possible waiting times, but you'll have a better chance of finding everything you need in time for your celebrations.

We wish you very happy holidays!
