A Sales Associate offers merchandise and provides exceptional customer service, generates and processes sales, and is responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of the store.

The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager and assists in creating a collaborative environment that promotes inclusion and positive relationships. They also participate in recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Their ability to adapt to various situations, environments, challenges, tasks, and schedules is essential to their success.

You will be responsible for welcoming the customer and providing personalized service. You will also have to advise them in the choice of products and provide them with information on the appropriate complementary products to meet their needs. As a cashier, you must provide efficient and fast service at the cash counter and provide personalized and exceptional customer service. You will need to take care of cash transactions (sales, returns and exchanges, price adjustments, etc.), organize the cash desk and restock it properly.

We are currently looking for a new team member for Vapeur Express Alexis Nihon. The job involves assisting customers in their smoking cessation journey. You will need to analyze the customer's consumption, listen to their needs, and guide them towards the most suitable choice for their situation. Knowledge of major manufacturers and market innovations is an asset.
