Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator
A wide variety of work awaits you, we can assure you. The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the management team by consistently providing top-quality customer service to internal and external clients
- Provide weekly updates on objectives and identify issues or opportunities related to customer service, service area compliance and scheduling
- Integrate sales information to maximize sales in areas of responsibility, including all front of store displays, displays and jewelry; Oversee fitting room processes
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all transactions in service areas and verify that service areas are properly maintained and "business ready" every day
- Train all associates on the use of cash registers, equipment, tasks performed at the customer service counter and the policies associated with each service area
